Motorola's Cocktails - Service? Hääääää?

So I must go make some air. I have a few years back switched from Nokia to Motorola mobile phone. Was really happy with it .. even if the battery subsided after a period of performance. When the phone was broken, I also brought back a Motorola.

I have now recently decided to buy a new landline phone. We have 2 floors and 2 parts of the house. So one part is my mother-in ... in the old farmhouse and part 2 below ours. Top of the old Farmhouse, our bedroom and below we have grown and there are living room, bathroom and kitchen.

I wanted a phone for Mom and then one for us, but with two handsets so that we have one on each floor. At Motorola, I found exactly the right thing. A base station with 2 loading stations and 2 mobile units. The set so I have ordered 2 times.

Both came and both did not go. Well awesome! So I wrote to the seller and sent to handsets. There were new ... not worked. So I called him again. Again there were new not worked.

now I was fed by the shop and I thought to try it at Motorola itself. What a mistake!

First find a number. I have, in effect for mobile phones called and asked if the could give me one. I then get a number, but there I was told that they can help me net and should I contact the seller ... because you realize how good one is listening because I had explained what my problem is.

I called and ended up somewhere else (in spite of German number) in a Czech call center. The chick has spoken very broken German and when I asked what I should do for now in my case, and where can I contact to get help with a repair of 4 parts I was told that the net would be their problem. This is a pretty setting!

I was so Fuchsig I've hung up. The next number was not much better and now I was kind of pissed. I've tried so times on Facebook. Well I would have time to do before ... well before buying. As nearly as bad and only Motorola takes to do a job.

I have now spent money on 2 telephone sets and it can throw away. My cell phone is now a different and Motorola is no longer my home.

service for this company is a foreign word, and they leave a note as customers really nice that our problems to them shit-no matter ... the main thing we buy their shit!
